The tools offered on this website – such as the genogram editor, the social atom editor and the mind map editor – are free software (open source) under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later). You may use, study, modify and distribute the source code, including in modified form – provided that the version you distribute is again made available as open source under the same licence with the complete source code and that the licence and copyright notices are retained. In each case, the source code is the HTML file itself. Each version bears the date and time of its creation as its build version (help window of the tool).

The tools are provided free of charge and without warranty. They serve as aids for reflection, dialogue and documentation; they are not diagnostic instruments and do not replace psychotherapeutic, medical, legal or other professional advice. I am liable for the accuracy of the results, for availability and for damage resulting from use, in particular data loss, only in cases of intent and gross negligence; liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected. Please back up your files regularly. The tools run entirely in your browser and do not transmit any input to me or to third parties – with the exception of the voluntary team sessions of the analysis editor (see privacy policy).
