What it is about

For me, coaching involves an attitude: understanding and respecting people as they are, encouraging them to believe in themselves – and not trying to change who they fundamentally are.

I tailor the methods individually to you and your goals. You retain responsibility for your decisions; I provide clarity, changes of perspective and structure.

Frequently asked questions

What is Business Coaching?

Business Coaching is professional, time-limited support with work-related concerns. The coach does not prescribe ready-made solutions but helps you to develop your own.

How does coaching differ from consulting?

Consulting provides expert recommendations. Coaching supports self-reflection and finding your own solutions. In my work, I combine both when it is helpful – and make it clear which role I am speaking in at any given moment.

How many sessions are needed?

That depends on your concern. Some issues are resolved in a few sessions; others need longer support. We agree on this together.

Is coaching a form of therapy?

No. Coaching is an advisory activity outside the practice of medicine. In the case of mental illness, doctors or psychotherapists are the right people to turn to.
